I'm afraid that we are not experts with motor vehicles or cellphones but what we can assist you with is finding a home which meets the exacting standards of the Housing Referral Office at RAF Lakenheath.

What happens now?
Quite simply....Give us a call and tell us what you are looking for, alternatively register with us here. We will tell you about any properties we have available and then arrange for you to see them.
What happens if I like a property?
You can rely on us to all of the hard work. All we ask is that you pay a small holding deposit to secure the property and then complete a simple digital application form. We will provide you with a Draft Contract which includes a Military Clause and then arrange a Life Safety inspection through the housing office at RAF Lakenheath.
What's the next step?
Tell us when you would like to move into the property and we will aim to have it ready for that day. On the day you wish to take up residency come and see us at our office in Mildenhall and we will have the contract and additional paperwork waiting for you to sign. Then comes the hard part....paying us the money! We will normally require one months rent payment in advance and a deposit equal to one months rent payment which will be held securely for the duration of the tenancy. Once you have paid the money and completed the paperwork we will give you the keys and you are free to move in.
Utilities?
Generally all of the utilities will be switched on when you move into a property however you will need to register with the utility companies so that they can accurately bill you. We will supply you with the relevant contact numbers and will assist you if required.
But what will you charge me?
Our service to USAF personnel is absolutely FREE.
